READY FOR MORE SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Ready for More group coaching program led by Katie El Shaarany of Shaarany Coaching & Consulting, LLC. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following:

1. Program Duration & Start Date

Ready for More is a 6-month mentorship container beginning June 15, 2025 and ending December 18, 2025.

2. Communication

Participants are responsible for checking their email regularly for program updates, call links, and important notifications.

3. Program Structure

  • Group Coaching Calls are held every other Sunday at 12PM Central Time.

  • Trainings are delivered live and recorded for on-demand access (except group coaching, which is not recorded).

  • Telegram Group Chat access is available at all times and Katie checks it M-Th, 5AM-1PM Central Time.

  • Monthly Themes with broken-down weekly tasks are provided.

4. Payments & Commitment

  • Participation requires a 6-month commitment from the date of your first payment.

  • Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Missed Sessions

  • Trainings will be recorded and accessible via the member portal.

  • Group coaching sessions are not recorded to protect member privacy.

6. Community Expectations

By joining, you agree to:

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all participants.

  • Engage respectfully and professionally in all group spaces.

  • Refrain from disruptive or harmful behavior. Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials are the intellectual property of Katie El Shaarany and may not be:

  • Reproduced, sold, or distributed.

  • Repurposed for commercial use, resale, or for training others.

8. Use of Testimonials & Wins

By participating, you consent to the use of anonymized feedback or wins for marketing or educational purposes. If you'd prefer not to be included, notify us at any time via email.

9. Tech Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure working access to Zoom, Telegram, and email.

  • Check spam folders and troubleshoot personal tech issues. Missed access due to personal tech problems is not grounds for refund or rescheduling.

10. Program Evolution

The structure, call schedule, and materials may evolve to better serve members. All changes will be communicated in advance.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in Ready for More provides access to coaching, mentorship, and strategic tools. However, results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own implementation, decisions, and circumstances.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cass County, Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Agreement

By enrolling in Ready for More, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
